SOUTH COUNTY

The southern part of Nevada County is home to many horse and equestrian properties.  Since South County is below the snow line, it can be a great area for gardening or putting in a vineyard.  South County is below Alta Sierra and stretches almost to the county border near Wolf and Combie Roads.
