Lake of the Pines

Lake of the Pines is a gated community in the Sierra Foothills north of Sacramento (Highway 80 to Highway 49) and is approximately 16 miles from the town of Grass Valley.  LOP offers an active lifestyle in a lovely environment. Lake of the Pines is located just below the snow level, yet above the valley fog.  LOP experiences many beautiful days with clear skies.

The site has 1,320 acres developed into 1,994 lots ranging in size from 1/4 acre to 6.5 acres with an average lot size of 1/3 acre.  The lake is naturally fed by Magnolia Creek and additional water is purchased from NID (Nevada Irrigation District) to maintain a consistent level throughout the year.
